AMCI Emergency Department
The Angeles Medical Center Incorporated Emergency Department is committed to continuous quality improvement and patient safety. Improvement does not happen by chance but takes a commitment by all who are involved with the patient care process, including doctors, nurses, administrators, other health care workers, and the patients and families.

Composed of doctors, nurses, hospital leadership and other health care professionals, the teams are dedicated to enhancing quality in areas such as communication, medication management, heart failure, heart attack, pneumonia and stroke.

AMCI Emergency Department offers comprehensive medical and surgical services for patients of any age, from premature infants to the most critically ill senior. The following services offered by AMCI

• 24hrs Ambulance Service
• Outpatient Surgery 
• CT Scanner

The medical teams of AMCI Emergency are required to complete many years of
training to receive certification in particular fields. Angeles Medical Emergency room department has implemented education programs to insure that our medical professionals are constantly updated with the latest methods and requirements for care. Multidisciplinary improvement teams are continually at work.
